Cave Creek Property Is Now For Sale

After considerable deabate, I have now decided to list this 2.5 acre home site for sale with West USA Realty. You can view more information at www.azlandsales.com This elevated property would make an ideal site to build a large custom home with a horse set up or stable. Horse back and hiking trail are less than a mile away!

Spur Cross Ranch Conservation Area:

This is an image I took of the Spur Cross Ranch conservation area that is located about 5 minutes or a mile from my property on 54th st. Its a beautful high desert preserve (over 2,000 acres) that offers, hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails. Not to mention the lush Cave Creek riparain area where water actually flows...

Another View....

This is a view from the back of lot facing North East towards I believe Continental Mountain...

This is an image of me on the lot last year close to sunset....

To Build,Or Not To Build...

At this point, i am still mulling over my options regarding the land or custom home site I bought in Cave Creek Arizona several years ago. The property is approximately 2.5 acres and sits on hill top near the end of Spur Cross road. Its a beautiful piece of land in the high desert (Approx 2,500 ft elevation- 10 degrees cooler than Phoenix) that offers 360 degree views , that would maker an ideal setting for a large custom home with horse privileges. Its located very close to the Spur Cross conservation area and National forest land, so it offers easy access to miles of hiking and horse trails in the beautiful (and permanently preserved) desert mountains behind it.

My dilemma at this point is I still have not decided whether i am going to build a custom home next year using the owner building consulting services offered by Cash Value Homes, hold the property longer as an investment, or put the property on the market for sale ???? As a lot of people are aware, real estate prices have been dropping off recently from the heady days of 2005,including the average price of residential home sites in the Phoenix metro area....
